Serious lack of communication and disregard for customers from this company and false information on their website. I am totally exasperated by the incompetence and lack of follow-up of this company. I ordered toner cartridges on August 2. The website had no online tracking information following my order. I emailed the "company" several times beginning on the 10th day of the order. Four days later and numerous attempts on the phone, I have still not been given any status of my order. I called the number on the invoice slip only to be more frustrated because the faulty answering machine did not allow me to reach anyone or leave a message. Am concerned that maybe this may not be a reputable company and this business may have a questionable address, I telephoned my credit card company to get information on the supplier. I was given a different telephone number. I finally reached "someone" who has YET to give me any information about my order. I am in need of my toner cartridges immediately. The items online said in stock at the time of order and continues to say this two weeks later - intentionally misleading to get your order. They buy items from another company as they receive orders. By the time they receive the items and send it to me, it may be an additional 2-3 weeks. There are far too many other competing online companies for anyone to use OnlineSupplyStore.com. Be-wary - it is very difficult to know the true nature of a company by their website.
