I bought from this store, not because they were the cheapest or something like that (price wasn't a factor - they just had what I wanted), but because when I was having a problem going through their checkout online I called them and got a live person right away. There was no menu to go through or hold time, just a real person right away. I found it odd not to have a menu, but I guess getting a real live person right away is good too.

I ordered a printer from them that was on backorder and they told me it would ship in about a week. It took a drop longer, 8 days, so I E-mailed them and asked and they said business days, ok, no problem.

The printer was shipped with FedEx Ground and arrived at my front door about 3 days later. It wasn't double boxed, but I guess no printers really are, they are really big boxes and they have all that heavy duty styrofoam inside protecting it.

All in all, it was a good buy for something that I wanted and was hard to find. They told me on the phone when I ordered the item that hard to find items were their thing, whatever that means, I guess that is good. I am happy with my new printer, it works well and I would buy from them again.
