How can I describe my experience with 1OEL except for honest and professional. I ordered a HP H4355 PDA from their website. I know they are discontinued, but I want the little keyboard that is on the bottom, something the newer HP units do not have. I placed my order, done, got an order confirmation page as well as an E-mail with all of my order information. This was around 10PM at night. The next day in the mid-morning some time I receive a phone call from this company. I know what you are thinking, another sales pitch yada yada yada . . . but NO! They were just calling because apparently I had entered the incorrect expiration date. I gave them the correct one and they proceeded to process my card over the phone so we should not have to waste either of our time again with another phone call should there be another issue with the card. No problem, the card went through. The person that called thanked for my business, asked if they could answer any other questions, I said no, the person said thank you for shopping with 1OEL and goodbye. No sales pitches, no nothing, straight to the point! I received an E-mail within a minute of hanging up confirming the credit card payment. About an hour or so later I received another E-mail, this time it had my Fedex tracking number . . . bottom line: I got what I ordered in a pretty simple straight forward kind of way! I would shop with this company again, simply based on that one phone call - their honesty shows!
