I could not track my shipment at all. From order day to shipping date was 11 days(bad) but received in 2 days(good) once shipped. Perfect fit in my kitchen, easy to assemble, shipped to my door and brought into the house(excellent),returned phone call less than 24hrs.
shippin,taxes,duty and cost of furniture was still cheaper than sears.
i'll be back

Did not have item in stock although it was displayed as available on the website. Only reason I went with this company was because they said they had the item when everyone else said it was on back order. Order in Nov., won't expect item until Feb. Gave me a 10% discount after haggling with customer service. Still not happy. Company needs to stay up to date on website, major problem with many online shopping suppliers. Will stick to Amazon, ebay and craigslist from now on, haven't been disappointed yet.

Very bad customer service experience so far, and have not even received the merchandise yet. considering cancelling my order. I read other long very bad reviews and short very good reviews. I think there is something suspiciously wrong with this company and they should be investigated for artificially adjusting on-line ratings. Shipping time on-line was not accurate. Company called back once to answer a question, but I missed the call and I have not heard back since. I tried contact by phone and e-mail, with no response. E-mail notifications are fine, but questions and concerns are not addressed and since I am giving this as a gift, I want to make sure any problems will be resolved quickly. My gut is telling me to cancel this order now, if this is the kind of Customer Service I get.

I received a full/queen size headboard instead of a king size headboard. I tried calling One Way Furniture and got a recording that told me to leave my name and number and within 24 hours a representative would call me. No one called. I tried email and got a response but when I did not receive an answer I checked the status and it said closed on the status. Again I had to email because no one answered the phone call. I got a reply that said I did get the correct product. I finally got someone on the phone after several tries and was told that is what I ordered so the only thing I could do is return the merchandise with the expense of shipping and if I didn't reorder there would be a restocking fee also. I don't know how the mistake was made but I was not satisfied with the response from One Way Furniture.

I ordered my walnut armoire on the 2nd of Dec. and have have repeatedly contacted the company and have gotten an answering machine. The shipment according to the website stated delivery in 3-5 days. Although, I did talk to two different sales representatives on two different occasions with the response "We will check on your order and call you right back." Representatives did not call me back. I filed a ticket to see where my package was and they completed the ticket and gave me a tracking number with FEDEX. When I called FEDEX to see where my package was they told me that a shipment tag had been issued but no package was shipped yet. I again tried to call the company, only getting a recording referring me back to the website. On Dec. 21st I again tried calling the company and a woman told me she would check on my order and call me right back, she never did. I then called FEDEX again to check to see if my package was enroute. They told me nothing had been shipped. According to my credit card company my purchase was charged on Dec. 7th. At this point, I filed a default against One Way Furniture with my credit card company. I find that this company has very poor customer service and this is unacceptable. I WILL NOT in the future purchase anything from this company.

The TV stand is not really a TV stand. It has no predrilled holes in the back for wires so how can you put a dvr or dvd player in it? I have since seen it elsewhere described as a storage unit which is more appropriate. it was a waste of money. The pantry was impossible to put together without major help. Terrible instructions whch did not go along with the type of hinges sent. I have shopped with you before and never had this experience.

The packaging of the assembled chairs was not adequate causing both the original and replacement shipments to have damage. I was informed by email of estimated shipping dates and that I should be present to receive them however neither shipment came when it was predicted and I was not here to receive the orders. After I received the first damaged chairs I received two emails from oneway furniture telling me to dispose of the chairs and replacements would be sent, only to later receive a call from customer service Ms Collado that the manufacturer would refund me 100 dollars if I kept the damaged chairs. I paid 175 dollars per chair and had four damaged chairs so 100 dollars was not an acceptable offerl. When I explained that to Ms Collado she became short with me and hung up.
I had a more positive customer service experience with Ms. Adrienne Bubbins as we worked through the delivery of the second set of chairs. Unfortunately as mentioned two of these were also damaged. These chairs would survive shipping if they were properly packed to begin with. All of the damage was avoidable had the packers surrounded the chairs with sufficient packing material. The chairs are beautiful but I was very frustrated with the whole process.

The order was delivered 11/19/09, it's 11/30/09 and I still have the two large boxes sitting in my house. the Pay Pal bill was paid on my charge and I don't have anything to show for it. I was surprised that my matress set arrived before the frame and headboard, but everything turned out to be OK. My biggest concern was that I receive it all by Thanksgiving, and I did, so that was the best part. Terry Stevens in Tech Support was great, very helpful. The guys who delivered the matress set, were very nice, and polite. They guy who delivered the frame and headboard was supposed to call me, and let me know when he would be here, so I could meet him. Instead, I came home from work, at the end of the day, to find them left on my porch. I was surprised that he just left them there, but I had them in time for Thanksgiving, and that's all that mattered.

The only issue I ran into was with the delivery service they used - Kingdom Express. The first person called to schedule a drop off and left a message I could barely understand and then never picked up when I tried to call back. Their voicemail was just some weird rap music like I was calling someone's personal cell phone. I called Oneway furniture and they had Kingomd Express send a new person to drop off the bed the next day and he was very nice and helpful - Victor.

This is my second purchase. The quality of the products are excellent. Not cheesy or cheap looking. Receipt make take about a month, but it is worth it. I expect that and allow for delivery. This was an online purchase, therefore, I never spoke with anyone. I received updates by email, which is good enough for me. My first order was a bookcase. If I should need another piece of furniture, I will use One Way Furniture.

Only two suggestions:
1. The delivery service did not call ahead as agreed. It was
pure luck that anyone was at the office to let him in.
2. "Some assembly required" in one hour was a joke. My husband is a retired air line pilot and very mechanical. It
took him 4 hours on Saturday and 3 more hours on Sunday!!
3. I did not notice that there were no drawers on the photo.
4. Other than that it looks great and I bought 3 baskets.
