Extremely happy with my experience buying from Oneshare.com - quick service, no problems!

After reading some of the other reviews of Oneshare.com, I was a little nervous about ordering from them, but I must admit my fears were unfounded. I ordered 2 shares of Disney stock, one for each of my daughters. I received the shipment within 3 weeks - quick service for any financial transaction! Also, as a bonus, I did a quick "Google" search for Oneshare.com discount codes before ordering and was able to find one for 1/2 off the price of framing the certificates. The only knock I have against Oneshare.com is the somewhat steep fees, roughly $49 for the broker fee and shipping fee combined. But still, I think it was worth it.
My daughters love them, and they have been useful in explaining something of the business world to them. I highly recommend Oneshare.com, and will eagerly buy from them again, if the opportunity arises. |

Wonderful gift idea from a so-so company

Interesting concept, but this company now has much-needed competition. I bought a share in Krispy Kreme for a friend about a year ago, while I was overseas. It was a handy way to send an interesting gift, or so I thought.
Well, the share took forrrrrrrreeeeeeeeevvvvvveeeerrrrrrr to arrive. No explanation, or forewarning from this company that there was going to be a delay that put it out to 15 weeks. Next, when I finally got back in the country and saw it ... disappointment number two! The frame looked like it came from the bargain bin at some dime store. The matte was dirty. So, I sent some emails off ... they were never answered. I called their telephone number, and although I was promised a return call, one never came. Anyway, I saw a framed share from another company in a friend's office. Looked MUCH better. Was also substantially less expensive. And apparently arrived in only 4 weeks. So, bottom line is ... like everything else, shop around. |

I love the concept, but this service is only for the truly patient. I ordered a stock certificate as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine last year. I placed the order in the first week of December, but my friend didn't receive the order until the
