The turntable I recieved is awesome!!! and the price was right for me! I was shopping around online and offline - and nobody beat your quality or price. I hooked it up to my cd player and voilĂ ! I was able to play all my old music of yesterday. I love it! Thank you for helping me bring back so many lovely memories as well as send me such a fine product.

Bought a Sony HDR-SR1 Camcorder. Customer service was excellent. Reps were friendly and polite over the phone. Received E-mail when order was placed and another one when it was shipped (with Fed-Ex tracking #). Received camcorder one day earlier than expected. Perfect transaction.

Good prices, but be aware that not all products are returnable, and it is not very obvious on the web site. The shipping confirmation has the return policy in the fine print at the bottom of the page, but that's too late. The no return policy should be listed with the product in bold print, Honest disclosure please.

I just bought a NikonD2xs and it shipped overnight. Not only was their price the best on the net for this camera but they shipped overnight at an extremely reasonable rate. Paige the customer service rep was severely friendly...was such a nice change dealing with her rather than those abrasive gents back east. I've had the camera now for a week or so and it is the best I've ever owned.

I recently placed an order with ONECALL and they cancelled my order because they said the price is too low for them to sell. They called me and admited they made a mistake and they cannot do a thing about it. They keep doing this, advertize one price and then call you back and said they cannot sell you the product at that price. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Good prices. Usually good service, somestimes outstanding. This time I did not recieve a small item in my shipment, monster cable, and called them. I was charged for it. They said they would call me back but did not. They did send another of the small items and charged me again. I spent over 2 thousand dollars (this time) and they really had no courtesy regarding this little small $12 item. Just annoying.

When I contacted them, they said they are not allowed to sell me the product and to come into the store. I live over 4,000 miles away from the store. They are in the Washington state area and I'm in the Miami area. What a waste of time. |

I purchased a large screen LCD television from OneCall. My shopping experience was most positive. The price was the lowest I could find at the time and 18 month free financing was offered. Then I was surprised how quickly the set was shipped. The only drawback - no fault of OneCall - was the shipper was later than the delivery window given and I had no one available to help me bring the television into the house. However, the driver used his dolly and put the well packaged set in my garage for protection.

Called the store to check stock of the item that I was looking for. They said it was back ordered and to place a pre order on the web site. Got an email within an hour saying the item was back ordered. Wasnt expecting the item to even be in stock until January. Got an email the very next day saying that the item had shipped. It showed up at my door 2 days later. WOW. I will be a Onecall.com customer again. Thanks.

Not only do these guys have some of the best prices and sales on the hottest equipment going, their customer service is outstanding. Any time I have called to place an order, ask a question about a product, or change anything, Onecall.com has met my every expectation. I have told several friends to use Onecall.com and they had the same results.
