OneCall is the Internet and mail order divisions of Huppins Hi-Fi, Photo, & Video.

I have ordered two times from the OneCall Online Store. Once for myself and once for a gift and both orders went through smoothly without any problems.


SHOPPING

The OneCall online site is easy to use and find what you are looking for.

Their Home page always contains Deals, Specials and Promotions. If you are don't see what you want there, the way you locate what you are looking for through their Shop by Brand or Shop by Category which both bring up a detailed drop down menu with MANY choices.

If you already know what you want you can use their search option which works by keyword or model number.

There is a clickable bar across the top with 5 choices • Home • Products • Clearance • Cart • Info

Along the bottom is another smaller bar with 9 choices • Search • Contact Us • Home • Products • Shopping Cart • Policies & Info • Return Policy • Security Statement and • Auto-Updates.

The search options and the two bars follow you throughout the site, making it easy to get from area to area.

Once you find a product you like you can either click on it for more information or add it directly to your shopping cart.

Some items will have a clickable "open box" in red next to the price. This means that the item is not both new and unused. When you click on the "open box" you are taken to a new page which will give you more details. Usually the product has been returned, was a display unit or has minor cosmetic damage on it.

I bought an "open box" VCR for my daughter's room and it had a very small ding on the side. It was fully operational and came with the standard manufacturer warranty as well as all the manufacturer supplied accessories.

Checkout is standard ~ all the regular mailing and billing information is require.

An email confirmation is sent soon after ordering and then again when the order is shipped.


SHIPPING

They do not have a set shipping table. Each time you put an item in your cart the shipping is added. It also shows you the different shipping options available.

My last order was $79.00 and the shipping cost was $5.82. My other options were ~~

• Economy-Air Delivery (2nd Business Day)$11.08
• Priority-Air Delivery (Next Business Day) $18.94

I used the cheapest shipping both times and they both arrived in about a weeks time.

Both of my orders with onecall.com went through without a problem and had on time delivery. Both of the products were just as stated on their site and arrived with standard manufacturer warranties. I would recommend OneCall.com.

Again, I would suggest you search (and search and search) through a lot of sites to make sure you are getting the best possible deal.
