After 3 weeks of research I had decided to purchase a Panasonic FZ10. My search for the best price at a reputable online store began. After running several different searches BizRate...Epinions...Nextag... I saw that OneCall offered an excellent price with free shipping.
They had all 3 cameras I had been considering.

Very late on a Friday night I placed my order. It was extremely easy to find the products I was interested in and place the order. By signing up as a member I was offered an even better price which made OneCall the least expensive. They are an "Authorized Dealer" for the products they represent which is a plus for me.

Late on Sunday I was double checking my decision by hanging out on various forums. There was a person who said they had just ordered an FZ10 from OneCall for $30 less than my order. So I logged back on to OneCall and ordered another. Not really wanting 2 cameras but wanting the better price. The special price only lasted a few hours and was over Sunday evening.

I called in and spoke with a young man on Monday morning. After listening to my situation he said. " Well we will just change the price of the camera on your first order and cancel that second camera order for you right now." He then asked if I had any questions before he thanked me for using OneCall.

My camera shipped that same Monday on FedEx 3 day delivery. I received my camera in 2 days. I must say my experience with OneCall was excellent in every way.

I have been back to their site several times to shop with them. But as someone has already mentioned they seem to specialize and I haven't found the particular items I've been looking for on their site. I will continue to check with OneCall.
