I was looking to purchase a Sony "KP57WS500" 57" HDTV. I checked the local stores but wasn't happy with the prices. I decided to check the net & after hours of searching, found OneCall (http://www.onecall.com). They had the best prices around.
To be honest, I was skeptical of buying a large TV via the net. I called a few of the net companies (ones that had phone numbers) to get a feel for their customer service. I asked technical questions such as "Does the TV have HDCP" & "What type of inputs does it have". Most couldn't answer my questions.
Then I called OneCall. The first person to answer the phone could also answer ALL my questions & take the order. He promised free shipping, no sales tax & offered a full 5 year on-site warranty. I thanked him & told him I'd think about it. Next I went back onto their webpage & ordered my TV. I got a confirmation & order number in a few minutes & actually got a call from OneCall giving me the scheduled delivery date.
I entered my order on Friday and had my brand new TV on Wednesday, only 5 days later. I got the Sony "KP57WS500" 57" HDTV and a 5 year on-site warranty all for only $2,495. I was so happy, I bought a Sony DVD player & VCR a week later.
Overall it was a fantastic experience & the prices were fantastic. I Highly recommend them to anyone..Thanks OneCall.
