If items are not avialable when ordered vendor needs to say so and not send repeated e mails over time contiunally telling you it will come at an even later date. I will not shop here again for my first experience was negative. I will now search for another vendor with the same or similar product. I expect to be told upon ordering availability. If I am not willing to wait, then I will cancel the order then.

Product arived as described. However, "as described" is somewhat misleading. All four stools have a swivel mechanism which, due to its cheap and simple construction locks when the seats are turned clockwise and falls to pieces when they are turned counterclockwise. This is not entirely satisfactory! My opinion in this case is that cheap price has meant cheap construction. I got what I paid for.

I have been casually shopping for bar and counter stools for two years - - everything I liked was either very expensive and/or took 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. I found the price, quality, and speedy delivery a welcome change of pace. My husband did the assembly and was not missing any vital pieces and thought the products were very sturdy. I was pleased with the merchandise. I received it in a timely manner. The one thing I would have appreciated is knowing the fabric of the seats which was not in the discription on line or on the merchandise/packing slip.

Product shipped very fast, faster than promised but not notified of tracking number until the day of or the day after the product arrived. Boxes very very damaged and were accepted by my apartment office. Luckily barstools were metal or I feel they would have certainly sustained more damage. And I am not sure I would have had recourse since the boxes were accepted. The metal finish was scratched in a few places significantly but I chose not to pursue due to the difficulty I would probably have if I did. Otherwise it was very easy to order and very very fast shipment, much faster than i expected.

The item is out of stock at the moment and will be shipped sometime mid-November, which is not an issue since I plan to give this table as a Christmas gift. I was impressed with the look of this piece of furniture and hope it looks this good when I receive it. I can give you a better review when I receive this table in a couple of months.

When i placed the order, the system said that i would be receiving an email within 24 hours, which i NEVER did. A week passed and my fiance and i started wondering if it was a labor day prank. Then i started emailing One Way Furniture, nobody EVER got back to me. The shipment came in after two weeks, without any notice or email.

i thought that they were great. i found the product really easy and the shipping was free! It could have cost me alot but it didn't. I thought that the processing could be a little faster though. i thought i was getting my product in 2-3 weeks but it wasn't processed for a week and then they had to put the order in. then it was finally shipped. I never had to worry about it though because i received many emails detailing what was going on with my order. it was just a good thing i wasn't in a hurry.
