i needed to talk to a real person prior to making the purchase because i wanted detailed shipping information. if the product could be received prior to thanksgiving, i would order it; if not, would not order. apparently, there is very limited customer service available. i was eventually contacted and assured that i would receive the product by thanksgiving. i did received it as promised. it was packaged in an excellent fashion to avoid damage. the wooden folding privacy screen was put to good use with our 8 houseguests over the thanksgiving holiday.

The item I ordered turned out to be on backorder for four months. I was informed of this fact by email and chose to cancel the order. The cancellation was promptly acknowledged. I would certainly shop at One Way Furniture again.

I order counter stools and had to recorder bar stool, I got my order in a timely matter. But didn't know the phone number to one way furniture, to call when I call the number on my packing slip, the person told me I had to call one way and she didn't know the phone number. There was no phone number for one way furniture on my packing slip. Make it easier to contact you.

The merchandise was discontinued but still on web site for several days after I was notified of this, I got the same product at another web site but it cost me more money. I feel this site is bait and switch site. I was very unhappy. I don't think I would purchase anything from this site.

I would not shop here again simply because I still haven't recieved my order yet! I ordered it on November 1st and here it is the 22nd of November. They said it would be shipped in 7-10 days. After repeated attempts I was finally told on the phone that my order would ship out last week. I haven't been notified of a routing number and there is no charge on my credit card yet, so I guess it has not been shipped. I wanted to have this for thanksgiving. I guess thats not going to happen. Maybe if I am lucky I will have it by christmas.

Excellant site, easy to order great communication. When first ordered they explained the item was on back order and it would not ship till the beginning of December. My experience with one way has been a pleasant one. They retrieve the money in a fashionable manor, I received an email when my purchased was shipped. I was able to track the shipping and the product was delivered as promised in good condition.

They had the best prices on the item I was looking for. However, they promised a ship date of 7 to 10 days. It has been a month since I placed the order and I have yet to receive any notification of backorder issues or other problems. When I called the customer service number listed on their web site, it is a voice mail answered by the same person who promises to return you call. They are never available on a "live" basis to answer your questions.

Poor quality. They offer 'free shipping', but I am wanting to return the item because it is poor quality for how much it was, however, they are going to charge me a 15% restocking fee, I have to pay the shipping to get it back, plus they are going to charge me for what it cost THEM to ship it to me in the first place! They advertise FREE SHIPPING! Anyway, I called them and they haven't called me back. Would not do business with this company!!
