This was one of the worst buying experiences I have had in a long time. The website misrepresents shipping time frames and product quality. The website said my item was in stock and would ship in 5-7 days. Twenty-five days later the delivery team arrived 45 minutes after my promised delivery window. The product that I ordered, a $675 wine server, arrived broken in pieces. As they took it out of the box the back of the server fell off, the drawers were irreparably broken, and the veneer had been gouged and scraped off in many places. The website description showed this product as having a solid wood frame and legs (it had neither.) I refused the wine server at the time of delivery and contacted OneWay immediately to cancel my order and get a refund. The customer service department is awful. I have now been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks and have still not gotten a refund. They want to charge us $200 for the shipping charges which were originally free. We are currently having our credit card company dispute the charge for us, we will see how it turns out. Be the smarter consumer, read these reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM ONEWAY!! Don't let the low price and "free shipping" distract you, you will pay for it in the end.
