I will never buy from this company again. I ordered a ten drawer dresser and a mirror. I received the wrong mirror and a dresser with 8 drawers. I contacted them right away and they didn't even seem surprised about the mistake - it was as though I was inconveniencing them more than anything. I have been calling pretty much every day for the past two weeks now, and nothing has been resolved. It took them this long to realize that they incorrectly advertised their product and that the manufacturer in fact doesn't make a ten drawer dresser anymore. Nowhere on their website is the eight drawer dresser I received even shown. After much negotiating, I was able to convince them of a $100 discount (not even 15%), which I reluctantly accepted because I simply cannot deal with their rudeness and incompetency anymore. They still have this dresser that does not even exist advertised on their website. I would not recommend trusting purchasing anything they are are claiming to be selling. I still have not received the correct mirror, and the person I had been dealing with regarding the mirror simply stopped responding to my correspondence when I asked if the new mirror had been shipped and for tracking information. He also thought it was fair in exchange for their mistake to offer me 5% off my next purchase. There will NEVER be another purchase. I would have to be crazy.
I think the most amusing part of it all is that when you are on hold with them (because you can never reach anyone) you are forced to listen to all of these false claims about why they are such an amazing company. It's all a huge deception. I have never experienced such awful service to the point where it is almost comical. Spare yourself the trouble.
