One Way Furniture is a horrible deceptive company and I highly recommend avoiding them unless you liked being ripped off. I purchased an in stock item on 4/30. I got an email stating my item would not ship until July.

I called One Way Furniture and was told that what shows in stock on the site was often wrong. I asked One Way to cancel my order and refund my credit card. On May 2nd I received an email confirmation my order was canceled but no mention of my refund.

On May 7th One Way Furniture said in email they would look into why the refund was not processed. It is now May 13th and I still have no refund. I do have a finance charge on my credit card though because One Way can't get their act together and refund me.

These people are crooks. They claim they have merchandise in stock and refuse to refund people. I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company which should, thankfully, get that finance charge removed.

The prices on One Way Furniture look low but remember the old saying - you get what you pay for. In this case I paid over $1400.00 for nothing but hassles and not one stick of furniture.
