I ordered a fireplace and was shipped the wrong color. I called them right away and hit problem after problem. No one had any information about the item and I was given incorrect information about the right item being shipped (for two weeks they told me it HAD shipped and I just had to wait for it even though I was concerned about not receiving any shipping information). I finally got someone on the phone who said they had to get in touch with the manufacturer and they would call me back that day. I had to call THEM back after two days. Three weeks after the wrong item was shipped I was told the color they had offered (what I purchased) was no longer available and since I did not want to paint it to make it right they would arrange for it to be picked up. What made that even more frustrating was that I had to have the rather large boxes waiting by my front door for over a week before they got picked up and had already told three other representatives that the item HAD been picked up. I wasted a month on this order and now have to go with another company to get a fireplace with the color I need for my room. I feel that the problem could have been resolved more timely and with better communication from One Way Furniture. Not only could they not keep the information updated about what was shipped and what was picked up, twice I waited for phone calls from the company that did not come. For my troubles I was offered what I feel is a small discount (%15) off the purchase of another fireplace. I do a LOT of shopping on the internet and have never had such bad customer service.
