Having purchased a few times in the past from One Step Ahead and their sister company Leaps and Bounds I felt confident when I purchased the Urban Diaper Backpack for roughly $90.00 for our family trip to Disneyland. The backpack is very well designed with plenty of compartments for anything you may need to carry around. The quality however was not so great: the strap broke on day two. Hanging it on our youngest daughter's stroller was not an option either since it kept hitting her in the back. I understand that even great companies can have the occasional quality issues so the fact that the bag broke after only a couple of days of use isn't what I found so disappointing, rather the rudeness of the cs reps. I had to make 4 calls in order to get a replacement and not once did anyone apologize for the problem. A new bag did arrive via Fed Ex 6 days later but returning the original one is proving to be a whole new headache since I will have to deliver it to our local Fed Ex location with kids in tow. Not so bad, right? Only our local office is in our town's "Skid Row" where I prefer not too take my kids.
