this is the third order i have placed with Omnipro.
the first arrived in 5 days via us postal service.
the second order took 17 days because of a back order
on one of the hp cartridges. i wasn't notified of this until
i called their 800 number. they apologized for the delay and
to make up for the wait they shipped my order DHL,FREE.
that was a pleseant surprise to me.
its hard to beat their prices on hp original ink cartridges, and FREE delivery to boot!

Item purchased 8/9/04 expected arrival 9/1/04 23days later. from a 5-7 day delivery. I called customer service they did not know when they were to recieve the item in their wharehouse. I wouldnt shop with them again. they couple of bucks saved arent worth the wait. (dont know if item is in good condition havent recieved it)

After 7 business days of waiting for my order I contacted them to find out one of my items was on back order. Each time I talked with the customer service agent she promised to e-mail me with the status of my item. She never e-mailed me after the 2-3 conversations I had with her on the phone. When the item arrived my order was shipped promptly via DHL and arrived 1-2 days later.

My printer cartridge cost $20 at a discount store and more everwhere else. I got 8 color and 2 black for $23. You don't have to be a Kindergarten graduate to figure this one out. Cartridges all work.

Basically I got what I wanted for a little more than I wanted to pay, but being stationed overseas with an APO address many of the cheaper places would not deal with me. Also it took almost a month to get here.

I was a little skeptical about ordering due to shipping time and customer service being the biggest complaint, but the prices were worth the chance and I just hoped I wouldn't have to deal with customer service. I have been pleasantly surprised. My shipping time was as stated. No complaints and I will definitely shop here again. This is the 2nd ink supplier I've tried. Go quality with your cartridges, then shop price.

Ordered Memorex DVD 25-pack blank media. On the 9th business day, called to check on status of my order. Was told they were having problem with Memorex right now, and it was back-ordered. I asked how come I wasn't notified, and was told, "I guess a representative didn't take the time to contact you."

I would not shop here again. While the prices are low and the customer service (at least response to e mails) is good, I still do not have my order. The first time I inquired about the order status, I was given some silly explanation that the order had been returned to them (very doubtful). Then I was told that it had been sent USPS and I would be getting it shortly. It has been 11 days and still I haven't received my order. So, notwithstanding good prices and responsive customer service, I can't recommend Omnipro.

Perfect from time of order until received. Email notifications when order is received and when order is shipped, but, tracking number didn't work. Free ship if use slower ground shipping, still didn't take but about a week from time of order until both ink cartridges were in my printer and working great. Will buy from OmniDeals again. This was my first order. Ordering was easy and the price for compatible Epson ink cartridges was excellent. My only problem was the site kept losing part of my order. After a couple of tries I was able to place the order.

Lets see if it arrives in reasonable time.

Best price I could find anywhere, received emails to let me know what was going on, but delivery was extremely slow. I will buy again, but I will buy at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Process time took over a week before it was shipped.
