Ordered Epson replacement ink Aug. 11, 2009 - credit card charged for the ink Aug. 11, 2009. Going on one month now and no ink and no replies to multiple phone calls to customer service phone machine. Is this company for real or just a big fraud? I am deeply dissatisfied with Omnipro and will never shop there again. I was informed of the un-business like way Omnipro after having non-contact with them through their nonexistent customer service department and going to Yahoo reviews of the company. The reviews at Yahoo were very scathing but mirrored my experience, so reinforced the opinion I was forming of Omnipro. Like I said before If anyone needs ink for their printers I would look at other suppliers of which there are many on the Internet. I am thankful I did not order anything expensive from some of their other departments. If they are having a cash-flow problem the least they could do would be to keep someone in customer service to explain the situation so one would have the option for a refund and purchase ink somewhere that can actually supply it. As it is now I will have to contest the credit card charge and wait for a resolution. In the mean time I am running out of ink for my printer and will have to buy locally at a higher retail price. Let me say again I won't have to think twice about purchasing anything else from Omnipro.
