I ordered 4 items 9/30/2009. 2 have disappreared. the other 2 have not been shipped. My bank card has been charged. I can't understand how the items were there the day I ordered them and now are "OUT OF Stock" .

I like old navy, but old navy.com is really starting to tick me off. Twice in one week I was told that an item that I ordered (yes ordered, I was charged and have an order number) was no longer available a few days after I ordered it!  Are you telling me that in this day and age that they do not have an up to the minute inventory system?  They offfered me a measly 10% off as consolation.  Whoopie!  The stores are OK and they do have good deals, but I think this may be the last straw for me...

Old navy is a great store, I have been in there a few times, you can get clothes for the entire family, they always have great sales, I have even got shirts for my husband for 2 and 3 dollars that was reguraly prived $20. My children look great in there clothes and when you get them on sale, you normally get a great bargain. The online shopping is easy also, you can see everything they have even the stuff not available in the stores.

I shop old navy.com about once a month. I love their website as well as their merchandise. I think their web site is easy to use, and even my six year old can use to view items.

I think there is a much bigger selection online especially in children's and plus size clothing. I also think they have a great "bargain" section, with huge discounts on clothing. This makes shopping much more easy and time saving instead of driving to the store and having to look through bundles of clothing. Now with just a point and click, you do all of you family shopping in a matter of minutes!

I greatly enjoy shopping at Old Navy online. They often are out of the things or sizes that I want at my local store so I just pop on line and order away. It usually comes within a week and I can return to the store if something doesn't work out. Plus you can't beat the $5 shipping.

wide selection of items although I would like to see a better range of larger sizes. Most of us in bigger sizes have difficulty finding nice clothes that fit. The clothing is well made great styles great value.

I had a great experience at Old Navy Online. I bought baby clothes for my daughter, and the selection was better than in the store. The prices were better, too. I shopped mainly in the clearance section and found some great deals that didn't exist in the store. Delivery was quick and everything was there. I was disappointed that there was no free shipping promotion going on at the time; but five dollars for shipping is pretty reasonable.

I have had no issues with actually ordering from Old Navy. They shipped on time, I received everything, no problems at all with that. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of the clothing. The clothes are cheaply put together and the color fades within weeks. Very cute clothing and inexpensive, but just not quite the quality I was expecting.

I have been purchasing clothes for my children for years on oldnavy.com. Their clothes are decent quality and affordable, perfect for growing children. My older child has now come to the age where he won't wear anything with the Old Navy logo on it, but will still wear the jeans and other basics. My son asks "Why do they have to put their logo on everything?!"

I have never had any problem with purchasing online from them and have also never had trouble with returns.

When I walk into the store I first visit the clearance section, because of their great deals there. Then I browse. Prices are good, however I feel like I am being stalked by all the employees. Very friendly people, but just a seems to be a thousand people working at a time. Fitting rooms are nice, and easy to get too. Overall, I am pleased with my time spent in Old Navy.

When you don’t have enough time to run to town and pick out a great outfit...Don’t Worry! Old navy's on line store is a great way to find all of your fashion needs in one place, at home. I love Old Navy because of their 'perfect fit ' tops and comfy jeans. But, I also love on line shopping because of the convenience. There are also expiated shipping services if you need your clothes quick!

Whenever I'm looking for a deal, OldNavy.com is always one of my first stops. I never buy things full price and their clearance or bargains sections always have items on a significant discount compared to similar on-line stores. The $5 flat rate shipping is also awesome for on-line shoppers on a budget, making it much more convenient than actually going to the store and wading through the crowds, misplaced sized items, etc.

I was able to find deals on baby clothes for my daughter Id NEVER be able to find in the Spokane Valley store! There isnt always the same styles online for adults, but they always have a HUGE selection of baby/toddler clothes and accessories

I find the Old Navy website hard to navigate because there's just too much going on in terms of graphics. But I guess the site skews to a younger audience (grin). Other than that, oldnavy.com has pretty standard e-commerce functionality, allowing you to edit your shopping cart, go back and change sizes, showing you what's out of stock, etc. I like their standard shipping rate, and their return policy is very customer-friendly (read: easy to understand, fair). I didn't have any problems with my order so I can't speak to customer service. (meaning: I don't have anything to say on the subject of customer service; not: I couldn't talk to a CSR)

I ordered a bathing suit from Old Navy and the order was completed in a second. They also didn't charge me until my order was shipped. The order came on time and it was accurate with the sizes. It was a great shopping experience.
