The webste is laid out very well, with many different ways to sort products (by brand, price range, type). Product descriptions are very detailed. The interjections of humor is a welcome change - very fun, yet still very professional. Turnaround time for order processing and shipping was almost instant. When my order arrived, it was well-packed and unscathed. Very good shopping experience overall.

The shopping experience was good. The product itself is very disappointing. I am a heavy woman, and needed an obesity scale in order to keep track of my weight because I am too heavy to register on a traditional scale. This scale goes up to 550, so I thought it would be ideal. The first night I weighed 470. The next morning I weighed myself again and was 434. Obviously, something isn't accurate. Like I said, very disappointing.

ordering was easy but receive email saying order had been shipped--but had not been and checked again finally called and was told that the item was on back order--had to change color to get it to ship-still do not know if has arrived--ordered as a gift do not know condition of product as i said have no knowledge it has arrived yet

Very happy with scale. Paid for 2nd day air and it was a day late, wasn't too happy about that. I had to buy a lesser quality scale because I needed one when I needed one. Then had to return once got this one.

1 scale is defective.Maybe 2. No phone number supplied in shipment. At Least 1 scale has to be replaced. Certain Qs' cant be answered at this time. I do want all defective products replaced. Without a number to contact it is making things dificult!

The web-site was very helpful. The product was reaseonably priced, and shipped exactly as it said it would be, and also received when it stated. I liked being able to track the item and see where it had traveled. The only thing that my Mother-in-Law (for her), and I tried it also, we did not like the results the product told us. It is a talking scale and apparently tells the truth, so we will have to work on that. LOL I had a great experience with this company and will definitly shop there again. Thanks, Sharon

scale purchased was defective,we contacted oldwillknott,they gave us a contact for the maker of the scale.Citizen scale inc.(the maker)requested we send the defective scale to them and they would send a replacement.We are waiting for the replacement,so extra time and extra money to ship!
