Easy to use Web site; competitive prices; good selection of merchandise. Suggested improvement: make manuals available online as PDFs as some descriptions of items do not provide enough information. The scale is very nice, but it's not accurate, I'm very disappointed. I just blew around $47.00 on a piece of junk. If I put 35 pounds to adjust the scale until it says "passed," It may be accurate somewhere between 35 pounds and zero. Never buy another one. The scale is unacceptable. I need it accurate within 1/4 pound or less, or it will cost me money when I ship items.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

Great, I called to ask about the product and they were very nice. My only problem wasn't Oldwill's, the scales came with two on/off buttons and no tare button. They work great so far though.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
