I was sent a link for the scale from my mother, who purchased one. She was pleased that oldwillknottsscales had the same scale that she has for a lesser price, and could save me money. Although I did not really look at other scales, I did appreciate the ease and information that they provided me. It was shipped promptly, packed nicely and was delivered on time. It was easy to find the item I was looking for on the Old Will Knott Scales website. The item description was very thorough and answered all the questions I had. The purchase process was quick and easy. After sending my order I was notified that my payment was received and was sent information so I could track the delivery of my item. My item was received on time and well packed. I am now using the postal scales I purchased from Old Will Knott Scales and I am very, very happy with them. I had asked that the item be shipped to my sister in Illinois. Even the packing slip listed her address as the delivery address, but the package was sent to me. Fortunately, I had to make a trip to Illinois shortly after receiving her scale, anyway, so I just took it there myself. But good price and quick service, nonetheless.
