The item description was exactly correct. The shipment arrived in good condition and on time. The scale is all I desired of a shipping scale and I use it exclusively for shipping my packages. An added use I hadn't planned on when I purchased this scale was that I can use it in my kitchen for measuring the weight of baking ingredients that use weight instead of standard measurements! I'm more than satisified!!!

I did a fairly extensive search for kitchen scales that have features similar to the VOX 3000 model I ended up buying from OldWillKnottScales.com. I was surprised when I found the exact same model in a daily living aids catalog for people with visual impairment I often use. OldWillKnottScales.com listed a lower purchase and P&H price as well as the option to have the scales shipped via US mail. I actually received them a bit sooner than expected - yet another nice surprise. As long as these folks are still around, I'll definitely buy replacement scales from OldWillKnottScaels.com when the scales I have now wear out. Thank you for a super product.
