there fast delivery and great customer service prompted me to use them. this is my 2nd order with them the first order came in 3 days and this time the order came in 2 days. there product was brand new factory sealed as mentioned on there website.

Item came as advertised. Price was the best I could find on line. Shipping was shown on "PriceGrabber" as free, but it turned out to be $12. Still a bargain so I went ahead with the order. There was a delay of about three days as Officetronics said they had problems with their incoming shipment of Nuvi 350s. The on line chat with a real live person was appreciated.

My item was secured with a check, cashed, invoice was sent to customer, and later sold to another customer WITHOUT calling me. This is the worst electronic store I've ever dealt with in all my purchases. I called them to check status of another web order, because they NEVER call you and I expressed my dissatisfaction with them and mentioned that I might cancel the web order if the product was not received by a certain date. I clearly stated I would call to cancel the order. I never called to cancel but they decided to cancel both of my orders. My already paid for and ready to ship item was sold to someone else. I called to schedule delivery and they said I cancelled the order? What? UNBELIEVABLE!No communication at all, this company is TERRIBLE!

They never follow up on their orders; if they do not have an item in stock, nobody lets you know that there is a back order or gives you an option. The outcome was eventually positive but it took them more than a month to ship an alternative to what I ordered. Don't think I'd order from OfficeTronics again with so many other options.

I purchased a "NEW" not refabbed HP Color 2605DN Laser Printer. Officetronics was the least expensive price for a HP 2605DN I could find on the internet. Site was very easy to navagate and my order was processed in less than 3 hours with tracking number in the conformation email.

Nothing real exciting about the product but... I'm known around work as the chicken lady. I used to have chickens at home but now my sister has them. Every Christmas I always give her some kind of chicken present (almost a family tradition now). I almost peed in my pants from laughter when I got my order. The Drill-Eze I received was wrapped in some sort of chicken wrapping paper! Everyone I showed it to laughed. It really brightened the day around here...even if we were quite as thrilled to see the Drill-Eze! Thanks for the laugh. I can't wait to use the paper to wrap this year's chicken present!

I called specifically to find out if the product was in stock and was told they had 3 on hand and my order would ship in 24 hours. Three days later started emailing with no response. Called and was given a variety of unbelievable excuses. They clearly lied to get my order. Then they said when they received it from the manufacturer they would upgrade the shipping from ground to 3 day select. They lied about that as well. I would never shop there again and would recommend no one try them

Pleasant experience with officetronics. Got my Big Screen TV quickly haven't set it up yet but this weekend I will. One thing I did like about officetronics was the fact they had the JVC Big Screen Ive been waiting on.

Plasma TV I received from Officetronics had wrong color and was damaged. It has been taking over two weeks to ship it back, because Officetronics fails to provide me with RMA number and shipping instructions. Currently I am stuck with damaged unit for $1863. No pick-up arranged, no money returned.
Never deal with Officetronics.

Terrible customer service. Their idea of returning a call regarding an item purchase 30+ days ago is calling my office and hanging-up. Caller ID works. This business is owner operated, so you can see how far customer service concerns get with this company. Good luck dealing with this character.

I ordered this product and got a confirmation call to make sure my information was correct and then the product was on my doorstep two days after they called. Fantastic all the way. I ordered a Ricoh copy machine from this company. The machine came without any toner so I had to make another order. After setting up the machine it did not work properly. I tried to contact the company everyday for a week and a half to try to get them to take it back. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to give me a return authorization. Customer service was the worst. They gave me the worst time. The worst experience I have ever had in my life with a return, and this was a $1,200 order! As of this date, they still haven't picked it up. I'll have to take them to small claims court!

I ordered Canon 1080F three weeks ago and received a defective one a week later. The cartridge was broken and the original box looked as if it had been opened before by someone else. The foam padding in the box was also broken.

I immediately reported this problem and asked for an exchange. However this company would not allow the return of the defective copier nor send a new one for several days. I cancelled the order and requested for a full refund, but Officetronics would not give me the RMA (Return Authorization) number, preventing the return of the defective copier and thus refusing to give me a refund.

Almost two weeks have passed, and they are still refusing to take back the defective one and give me a refund!
