we ordered a paperfolder from this company. at first I was a bit skeptical, because we never ordered something so big online before.
So I called to verify the store. the salesgirl was very nice and she helped figure out what was the best option for us was. she also helped me process the rest of my order. So we placed the order and we recieved the folder and I must say that we are soooo happy with it.
It does the job that we require it to do and I am very satisfied. I will say that if our paper folder ever gives out on us,  i know where to go... officetronics.com!

i bought a typewriter from these people. the typewriter is a nakajima brand typewriter. I wanted something easy to use, but not too fragile. i called the store and the sales girl recommended this one to me. I am so happy with this machine. When I called, the girl took the time to look up the differences between typewriters and then she suggested this one after i told her the kind of machine I was looking for. I am very happy that I got this machine and that I got such great help in finding it.

our company ordered some fire king fireproof files from officetronics. once we placed the order, we got a phone call from the customer service rep to verify that our delivery method was the one that we needed. they also were very nice and explained the time table for manufacture and delivery. once ethe order shipped, they notified us by email of the carrier and tracking number. The people at officetronics were very helpful in explaining the procedure for obtaining such a specialty product. We are super pleased with our fireproof file cabinets and if we need to order more, we know where to go! Thanks to all the great people at officetronics!!!

I bought a fax machine from this store.  the machine I bought is a Brother PPF2820. I liked the price and so I ordered it. I got it within the time they promised I would get it. They were really nice here and emailed me my tracking number and made sure everything was delivered as promised. I am very happy with my fax machine and I  am super happy with this store.

i bought a shredder from officetronics. the gbc 1130S Strip cut paper shredder. i called and ordered it over the phone. the salesgirl was really nice and patient with me. she entered my order and i got my shredder in 5 days. i liked buying from this store and i will buy another time from them if I need to.

We recently purchased a GBC combind c95 from officetronics' website. the machine is very simple to use. we googled the machine looking for the lowest price and we found officetronics to be the retailer with the best deal. we recieved out machine without any problems and in a real speedy manner. we are very pleased with the service we got from officetronics and we will continue to buy from them in the future.

my company purchased a widmer s3 check signer from officetronics.com. we forgot to order the customized plates and a customer service rep from officetronics called and helped me with that part of the ordering process. we recieved  our check signer and are very pleased with it and with the service that we recieved from officetronics.

we purchased a dictation machine from officetronics. once we recieved it, we realized that it was the wrong type of dictation machine. we were able to fill out the return form and out return was easy and painless. so not only did we recieve our order on time, but we were able to return the product with out hassles. ordered a time stamp with a customized plate. Officetronics called me to verify the customization of the plate and to inform me of the ETS. I also got an email when the stamp shipped. I am very satisfied with my product and the way this company treated me. they have friendly staff. I will probably buy from these people again.

I purchased a GBC Ultima 65 Laminating machine. I placed the order online. the website was very easy to use. I recieved an email of my order straightaway. I then recieved the tracking number the next day and i got my laminator less than a week later. I woud buy from this company again

I purchased a binding machine from the officetronics website and i added some binding supplies. everything was recieved withing a week of ordering it. they emailed me my  tracking information and when I called to check on the status of the order, the girl on the other end was very friendly. I will buy my supplies from them.

purchased a cabinet and it arrived damaged but Officetronics went over and beyond and took care of the situation very well.  Got replacement in about a 3 days and the freight company came and took the items back out of my office.  There was a flight of stairs and they brought the right equipment to take care of that.  All I did was watch and directed them.  This item is a monster and im so glad i didnt have to do any labor.  Thanks for taking care of the situation, i will definetly come back when i need some more equipment.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Officetronics is worse than dealing with the DMV and IRS put togethor! This company stole around $3000.00 worth of equipment from me by telling me all the office products were new.  None of the equipment bought from Officetronics was new.  After having all the products prematurely fail on me I did a test count on the printers I had purchased and all had over 50,000 prints on the machines.  My office only went through 10 reams at most. I contacted Officetronics and did not get any resolution. They said they would call me back and no response. After a while they just kept hanging up on me everytime I called. These guys are nice to take your money but when something happens they will ignore you.  DId some research and found that I am not the only one cheated by Officetronics. What even shocked me is the comment made by reselleratings that officetronics had been forging fake reviews. I dont recommend anyone using this company. Not I am concerned they have all my info now?

Officetronics is a scam website.  They are well know resellers in the market to sale used and refurbished electronics and printers as new. Our marketing department had no idea the product they  were buying was not new.  The product had been advertised as brand new.  After reading negative review from my search "officetronics scam" I read how they were committing fraud.  I checked the box our Hewlett Packard and saw that the refurbished "R" had been removed and when I called Hewlett Packard to report them they had said they are aware of the fraud.  I cannot believe HP is allowing these guys to commit fraud and not do anything about it. I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO USE HP PRODUCTS! OFFICETRONICS IS NOT TRUST WORTHY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS RETAILER.

DO NOT BUY FROM OFFICETRONICS. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO SEARCH "OFFICETRONICS SCAM". I was fooled by Officetronics by purchasing a Hewlett Packard product scanner for 2500.00 and ended up being refurbished and stopped working after 3 months. NO warranty and No REFUNDS. This company is a scam and a fraud.  I hope you are reading this Officetronics your company is a fraud.  My order #45684. I have reported Officetronics to the local authorities and I am waiting for my refund. Officetronics is a scam! Many other dealers to do business with. Dont bother with this one.

Officetronics is not reputable. The HP 1022N i purchased was found to be defective and not new. I was todl by Officetronics the unit was brand new and instead it was refurbished. After careful look at the box it arrived in I notivied the refurbished information on the box and printer were removed.  I recommend anyone who was cheated to contact your local law enforcement looks like this is a scam website.

Got my printer today via ups 3 day. Came in good condition with no damamges. Hooked it up and seems to be working fine so far. Great deal and I probably will be ordering another one for my receptionist.

Officetronics sent an HP L7680 that was refurbished and not new as they had advertised. What was very suspicious is that the letter "R" was removed at the end of the model number by some type of chemical of some sort. The "R" shows that its refurbished and after further inspection noticed the refurbished stickers were removed from Officetronics. The company is very questionable since these practices constitute as fraud and false advertisement. Called Officetronics and support was poor and did not care that what they are doing is illegal. Consumers becareful and search on the internet about the company your buying from. Officetronics has thousands of negative reviews that I should have researched. I am stuck with a $300.00 they will not allow me to return. I did a page count at the unit has over 2000 pages printed on it. This is a common practice done by Officetronics from what it seems to me. I will not be ever ordering from Officetronics. I will lets great sites that allow users to show there experience about Officetronics know the kind of business they are running.

I have been a loyal customer to Officetronics for over a year and even know the customer representatives names, Lisa and Nina, who have been able to serve me at their best. Not to mention that when I did have to do a RMA, the RMA manager David, was very kind and made sure I was satisified with the replacement. I've bought a couple of things and referred them to friends and neighbors who have also been satisified, therefore I am shocked at what others are stating about this company. I have none of the "bad services" that people have claimed and all items arrived sealed in their packages. The only reason I did a RA on one was because UPS had messed up the outside of the package, so that was not their fault. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a deal and want a good bargin.
