Officetronics is not reputable or even worth wasting your time to buy from. If you see Officetronics DO NOT buy from them they are a scam. I bought 13 Hewlett Packard Printers and when I made this purchase I confirmed that I would need these to be new. After 5 months of use the Hewlett Packard printers bought from Officetronics started failling. I called HP for support and was told there is no warranty and the units are refurbished as is products. I was shocked to here this since I spent over $10,000 with Officetronics and was scammed. I tried getting my money back but they will not answer my phone calls and will hang up on me everytime I try to talk to them. I dont know how to resolve this issue so basically I am out alot of money and time on spending fixing these Printers.

saw a bunch of negative reviews about officetronics was going to do a 3rd purchase. ran the serial numbers of my products as other customers did on the review site. to my shocking knowledge the products are coming up as no valid warranty. i will contact officetronics and question there business since it seems they have a huge scam going on. i will also report them to the los angeles business bureau for fraud.

i recently bought a HP printer from officetronics and when i called for support was told out of warranty. after some initial investigation we found out the printer was refurbished but the printer did have warranty after HP stepped up and gave us warranty. we ended up paying for a refurbished unit at the price of a new unit from officetronics. i cannot recommend them to anyone. at this point we are keeping the printer since its being used right now for label printing in our business. but i will let others know about the service we recieved from officetronics

Made a purchase from Officetronics thinking they are good. That is not the case printer arrived with 4000 page count already on the HP 2605DN. Definetly not new as they advertise and they definetly have a scam going on here. Do not deal with Officetronics they are a scam company.

do not buy from officetronics! product i receieved had no rebate and when we called hp to find out about the rebate i was told my unit was refubished and no rebates would be applied for the HP P2015. i was basically sold a refurbished unit disguised to be new.

I am the purchasing manager for a small business and I have never recieved such GREAT service from any company. They always help when I call with any problems or just solutions. I couldn't ask for a better office supplier and believe me I have tried. Officetronics keep up the good work!

Officetronics is not a reputable company. Our company purchased around 8 printers in total with Officetronics only to find out we were defrauded by them. Everyone of those printers were refurbished and repaired and now are breaking down on us. They cheated us into believing these products were new over the phone. When you call HP after 3 months later when they start breaking down you wont have warranty. I am having a heck of a time getting a refund from these guys by telling me its a 14 day return policy.

I bought 7 printers from Officetronics and found out every single one is a refurbished printer. Officetronics knowingly commits fraud and sells refurbished HP printers to people and tries to pass them as new. Kinda makes sense why now there printers prices are the cheapest it's because there refurbished. Our company ended up recieving a refund but shipping it back at our expense.

the good reviews about officetronics made an easy choice for me to use them. they were fast on having the HP printer arrive to my location. Product came in prestine condition brand new as advertised. I like how they included a free usb cable since this saved me about $15.00. I have recommended officetronics to fellow co-workers.

tracking number came within hours of placing the order online. after waiting 3 days my TV arrived to my surprise with alot of protection. it was annoying to unwrap the TV since the box was wrapped in 4 inches of padding but I cant complain tv was in good condition without even a scratch on the box. thinking padding alone must of cost a forture but officetronics really seems to care about your pacakage.

Officetronics made my day by delivering my TV in 2 days. Just in time for the NBA game finals. There TV arrived with extra padding looked like thing could be dropped from a 2 story building and still stay intact. I can see that Officetronics cares about there packages vs some other dealers I have had stuff delivered on with very little padding.

my billing address and shipping address were different caused a slight delay on my order at no fault of Officetronics. I like how they verify your order to make sure your CC was not stolen. after resolving the issue in 2 minutes with them my printer arrived the next following business day. i commend them for fast delivery and taking there time to make sure this was not a fraud order

believe it when you see the reviews about this company Officetronics are good. the HP printer I ordered arrived in 2days as everyone reviewed. I am lead to believe this company is a hidden gem. there service is great when it comes to getting information on product support and post sales support. I was reluctant to order but my fears were resolved with fast delivery and good service.

experience I have had with Officetronics has been above what I expected. I purchased a HP 2605DN on Friday after speaking to a lady named Lisa who was very nice and knew about the printer. After placing the order the printer arrived on Monday. There shipping department shipped the pritner on Friday even though I ordered it at 3:00PM. I would like to thank Officetronics for the great experience and wonderful service. I will let my friends and family know.
