As a thriving company of 2 years due to intense research on shopping directories and reading customer reviews, I have found Officetronics one of reputable e-tailers around. They have well exceeded beyond my expectations unlike other major online shopping companies where customer services and support are pretty much lackadaisical.

I have kept in touch with a few staff of Officetronics and each calls were pretty much thorough and helpful. Advices, suggestions, recommendations, etc. were involved in most calls and I found them helpful as I didn't hesitate to ask a second question. They also sent me frequent e-mails, notifying me of recent updates and tracking numbers and I applaud for their effort in doing so.

It is rare to find a company that operates in a similar manner such as Officetronics and I am glad I found them after I dealt with major online shopping websites. I won't name them but you get my drift.

Deliveries were made on time and most of the boxes were in very good condition. There are times where I have spotted a punctured hole or any kind of box damage but I don't believe they were caused by Officetronics but by the UPS.

All products came in excellent to good condition with no problems whatsoever. Everything is working fine and I have made a few orders from Officetronics for toner and accessory replacements. They were nice to inform me that my orders will be on their first to do list.

All in all, I regard Officetronics with high expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this website to companies that are in a tight budget situation.
