Before ordering from OfficeMax.com you should probably check to see how your order will be delivered. I ordered a computer monitor as a Christmas gift. Within 24 hours I received an email notifying me that the monitor had shipped. I would have to sign for the package when it arrived. Unfortunately they gave no information on how it would be delivered or any tracking for the package so that I could get an idea of what day it was to be delivered so someone could be home to sign for it. For a week I made sure somebody was home at all times to sign for the package but it didn't arrive. When I contacted OfficeMax.com customer service via email they responded within 24 hours and told me the package was due to arrive that day. I again made sure someone was home to receive the package but it never arrived. When I called OfficeMax customer service I found out that the customer service rep that had emailed me had never entered any of the correspondence into their system so I had to read the email and the reps name to the rep on the phone. This rep told me that the package should have been delivered the week before and once they didn't get notification of the delivery they should have run a trace. The rep then said it would take 72 hours to have the trace done. I reminded her that it was a Christmas present and I need it here before Christmas. The only thing she could say was I'll try to rush it. I have requested that another monitor be shipped via another company and expedited.
