A very good experience, even though we had a problem with the shipment

We ordered a desk with a return. The item was listed as "In Stock", but I called them anyway to verify (furniture takes forever if it's back ordered). Their phone was answered quicky (just a short wait, maybe 1-2 minutes) and, yes, the item was in stock. I placed my order online and received the item as promised 3 days later, via commercial delivery carrier. Excellent.
When we opened the package, we found some hidden damage on the legs of the return. It was definitely put in the box that way at the factory, there was no evidence of any damage on the box. We also discovered that some of the assembly hardware was missing from the same box... Oops..
I called and emailed OfficeFurniture.com support (I sent them a few photos of the damaged legs) and I received a reply a few hours later via email. Within 24 hours they had confirmed that the manufacturer would send us a replacement leg and the missing hardware. We received all the parts in 2 separate shipments (the hardware came sooner by US mail) about 2 weeks later and all is well.
Overall, I was very impressd with Office Furniture.com. Even though we had a problem with the shipment, it was addressed in a reasonable time and the communication and follow up from Office Furniture.com was quite good. Well above average for an online furniture seller. Thanks Matt.!!
