Well, I am still in the midst of straightening out a problem with the ink cartridges. However, the service as far as getting the order (LESS THAN A WEEK!!) and prompt response to my initial contact regarding problem, is excellent. I will see what happens as far as getting a refund, as the cartridges have a short circuit, according to error message on printer. Searching for the right product can be tricky. Sometimes items that seem completely unrelated will appear among the search results. Also not all items have pictures available. arrived super fast. good quality product. on an earlier order, incorrect packaging led to receiving the wrong product. They shipped the correct product immediately and ordered the pickup of the incorrect product, and paid all the shipping. this has got to be the best outfit on the web - ESPECIALLY when you have a problem. Website said the toner cartrdige was new. I purchased it cuz it was priced near the cost for re-conditioned cartridges. Even though site said it was new, it was clearly re-conditioned. Cartridge was recycled which was not disclosed on the description. Toner had leaked into the plastic covering. No replacement roller cleaning felt strip was included.
