Called me liar. -- Called them to report a missing item from most recent order, never received a reply. After four phone calls, a supervisor called and said the warehouse said I was either lying or stupid enough to have thrown away a 26-inch tall chest since they "pack two in a box" and I couldn't have only received one, which I did.
