Horrible In-store Pickup and Return

I bought a chair at Office Depot using In-store pickup. My credit card was charged right away. At the end of days, I went into the store to pick up but I didn't like the quality of the product, so I decided to return it. The customer service agent told me I can't return it in store but have to call the 888-GO-DEPOT to cancel. I called the next day, and the one answered the phone told me she can't cancel because it already shipped to the stored, and the store has to cancel it. I then called the store, but they said they did not authorize the credit card charge but the headquarter did, so I need to talk to them at the 888 number. After couple phone calls in the next couple days, I finally got one guy to reimburse the charge. I thought all things were good, but the reimbursement never made to my creditcard. I've been calling them almost every other days since then and it still has not been processed. When they answer the phone, all they said is "I will let the financial department know and they will give you a call"... It's been almost 4 weeks since the day I bought and I still can't get my money back .... What good can I say about Office Depot
