My husband and I ordered a Sony laptop on sale from them that insured 3 day delivery. After our card was charged and we received an e-mail I thought that this would be a piece of cake. Wrong! 6 days later, my husband calls to find out where our computer is. Gets a guy who doesn't speak English. So he hangs up and tries again and this time we are told that the computer is scheduled to be delivered today so we just need to wait. After this I get online and do the online chat with a customer service rep. He tells me the same thing and that if it doesn't come today I can have them open a CRF (customer resolution form). I also asked him if he could tell me how it would be delivered (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) he told me there was no notes on the method of delivery so he didn't know. So the next day rolls around, both Fed Ex and UPS have already come by my work (where the computer is to be delivered) and still no computer. I get back online and start another chat with a different person to get the resolution form started. She says I will get a call in the next 4 hours. When that call comes they tell me the manufacturer is no longer making this product and it is not available so they have to cancel our order. We had to talk to FIVE different people to find this out a week later. They did refund our money to our card right away, luckily. To top it all off, the computer is still available for purchase online. You would think if it weren't available from the manufacturer that it would be taken off the website.
