This is ridiculous! Their customer service department is a joke that sends you in circles. I ordered matching office furniture at the beginning of Aug 2007. When the order was received the wrong file cabinets were sent. I called for an exchange, they said return labels were being sent for the incorrect ones & the correct ones would be shipped. I received the correct ones, AS WELL AS A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR THEM! Never received return labels, have called about 8 times I cannot get them to credit me or send return labels, instead they want me to take a day off work to wait from 8am to 5:30pm for someone to come pick the items up & credit will not be issued until the items are in their warehouse. They wont do any Saturday pickups & they can't even tell me what company will be picking them up so I can make my own arrangements for pickup. We are now in October & things are still not taken care of. I will NEVER buy anything from them again! I have also had to change my credit card # to make sure they do not charge me any more money, considering I have file cabinets of theirs worth a lot more than the ones I was double charged for. Oh well their loss my gain!
