Worst customer service ever. They don't want my business.

Ordered a Gateway laptop online. Got a bare-minimum e-mail receipt. Few days later, got a message that was cut off at both ends but luckily included a phone number. Called it. They told me they had tried to deliver earlier that day. First I'd heard of it. They said they'd deliver again today between 12 and 1. I said no good, won't be there, how about between 1 and 2? They said they'd check on it and get back to me. Then I got *three* calls from three different people. One was from the delivery service saying yes they'd come between 1 and 2. Two others were from customer service saying they'd come between 12 and 1. I explained the reschedule. Got back home at 12:15 after all; found note on door saying they'd been there at 12:05. Call cust svce, express extreme dissatisfaction. They tell me their policy is to cancel the order after two delivery attempts and then re-place the order. I say no we don't. First time I ever ordered from Office Depot online and definitely the last. Screw them if they don't want my business and if they're that disorganized. Now I have to make good & sure they credit my credit card. Not recommended AT ALL!
