Cons:  rarely a shipment is late, occasional "page error"

I have bought more things at Office Depot than any other online vendor, and I will continue to buy anything I need there.

Of course officedepot.com isn't flawless. It has it's problems such: as occasional "page errors" and late shipments. In all truth though, there is nothing I can find to complain about when it comes to this online vendor. Here is a list of things that keep me coming back to shop here:

1) Customer Service - The more I deal with customer service people from different companies, the more important this becomes to me. My most memorably experience with Office Depot's customer service was when I called them about part of a shipment which didn't arrive the next day. The representative put me on hold and ordered another shipment to go out the next day. I wasn't anything incredibly expensive, just a box of printer paper. The next day I had my paper. Quick, kind, and helpful customer service, that's what I want.

2) Next Day Delivery - What originally caught my eye on Office Depot's site was they're offer of free delivery. If you spend $50 or more they ship your delivery next day for free. The true value of this is not when buying small office supplies, although that in itself is a great value, but when you order furniture. The shipping on furniture would normally be outrageous, but if it's over $50, it's free. In my experience they also have a very good track record for on-time deliveries.

3) Selection - Office Depot has a huge selection of supplies. I have personally ordered everything from as small as a pencil, to as large as an office desk from them. No matter what it is that I'm looking for, I've always found it.

4) Quick Access Buttons - At the top of their web site, they have a few buttons that make it easy to find such things as their latest deals and toner or ink for your printer. They also have a button to access your "Saved List", which you can create after setting up an account.

5) Catalog - The Office Depot catalog, "The Big Book" is great. If you are the type of person who likes to be able to look at the products a store has with out having to wait for the page to download, this gives you access to everything in their sore, without the access time.

In short, Office Depot is the my favorite online store. Even with the common problems that all web vendors have, Office Depot has proven to be an excellent site. I would recommend officedepot.com to anyone who needs school supplies, office supplies, office furniture, or anything else Office Depot sell.
