Office Depot refused to let me to let me know when my items would be delivered.
Thursday: I check the website when i am at work and find out it is being delivered today. Wonderful. I call them up and tell them i'm not home and they need to let me know first. "OK sir, we'll call you back when we know your delivery date"
Friday: Turns out they never attempted to deliver on Thursday since the product was left off the truck. Get home on friday and have a note on my door that they had tried and no one was home.
Monday: "Ok sir, we'll reorder your furniture and we'll put a note that they need to call you first"
Wednesday: I check the website again and find out that they are trying to deliver it today after no previous call. Silly me, i decide to leave work go home and wait for it. After numerous calls various people there tell me the following:
-"We are delivering it today"
-"Your order was cancelled and sent back to the warehouse"
-"We attempted to deliver on Monday, you refused the package, so we are trying again today"
-"Your order was cancelled, however i will have it still sent out today"
Well, it's wed. ~5pm, still no delivery. Calling back tomorrow to cancel my order. Not sure if they are completely incompetent, lazy, or habitual liars.

Next day- Never showed up yesterday. 1st attempt to cancel the order "Sir your order is uncancelable.". Apparently the system has does not allow my order from being canceled now due to some higher ups at the company looking into this issue. As i asked to transfer me to someone who can help, i was told no they are not allowed to transfer me. Someone will eventually call me back at some point.

Got a call last Saturday "Ok we'll cancel your order. The warehouse is not open on Saturday, so it'll be refunded on Monday." Not sure what the warehouse has to do with the refund, but whatever. Come Wednesday, still no refund. Call up (800)Go-depot once again, and was told:
a) my order was already delivered
b) to resolve this we'll add a note for the billing department will call you back eventually to look into this issue
c) you cannot be transferred to the billing department, we cannot give you their number, and we cannot transfer you to anyone else who can help you, you have to wait for them to call you back
