Allow me to echo all the negative comments made about this store. I used to be employed there and left because I could no longer stand the bad customer service policies and the outright lying that were were encouraged to do. OD has a bad habit of charging way too much for their products as well. As an example, a USB cable that costs the company less than $3.00 was sold for nearly $23.00! This same cable is available at a local grocery store for $9.99! You would think that an office products supplier could charge less than a grocery store! Customer service at OD has become a joke. Several call centers that used to handle customer service issues have been closed and those jobs exported to places like India and Pakistan. The OD delivery truck fleet has basically been abolished as well and those responsibilities farmed out to local truck lines and couriers who don't care if you get your products on time or not. That's pretty much why the delivery process has become so hit or miss. Additionally, the extended warranties that OD offers are worthless. The company that "backs" them is a bigger joke than OD has become. If you buy an extended warranty from OD, it's not worth the paper its printed on I promise you. I urge you not to buy from this company. They DO NOT CARE about the customer anymore, they are only concerned about the bottom line and how much profit they can gouge out of you. Do yourself a favor and shop at Staples!
