All was great. The carrier was described very well. I believe I received the right size. My newborn loves it. She feels like she's back in the womb. I love that it's not a lot of bulk fabric. I can drive with it on and then hang it on one of my hooks I use for car keys. I wish I had this with my first two babies.

Overall, excellent shopping experience. Minor delay related to an out of stock item, but I was immediately contacted and alerted to the delay and offered alternatives in the event I needed the item in a hurry. Ordered 3 nursing bras, all of which their website said were in-stock. Upon receiving email confirmation, it was noted that 1 would ship in 24 hours and the other 2 would ship in 4-6 days. I paid for priority mail shipping and received the first bra after waiting over a week. It has now been 3 weeks since placing my order and I still have not received the other 2 bras (even though they said they mailed them via priority mail 12 days ago). I have called twice, but they say they did mail them and it is probably priority mail lagging. Any way you look at it, I have still been charged for 3 bras and I have only received 1. This issue has not yet been resolved...
