It was a bit misleading to get an email that said I would receive the product on the 25 of May and not get it until to June 6. You have to understand we are pregnant women shopping for things while waiting as patiently as we can for our precious little ones to arrive, having to wait any more time than we think we are going to have to is hard. The staff was always friendly, contacted me early about my order to make sure it was right and were very reassuring when the order was a few days later than expected.

I was pleased to find the same baby food grinder that I had used for my children 35 years ago. The new grinder will be given to my daughter for their new baby expected next month. I still have the "old" one, but feel a new grandchild needs a new grinder!

Althought NurtureCenter didn't have the exact product I was looking for -- Born Free sippy cups -- because that brand is sold out everywhere, their shopping system led me to a good substitute that I didn't know about, so I was happy to be able to purchase it. The order arrived on time and in good condition and was trackable while I waited for it. Overall I was happy with the experience.
