I visited many online places before stumbling upon nNmber1 and they were the only one who had the items I needed with the accessories. Item arrived completely in pristine condition. Number1 customer service reps were very helpful on what I needed and didn't need.Very helpful seller!

I ordered a cooktop in meid-September and it took over a month to ship.  My credit card was charged on the day it was ordered, not the day it shipped!  Once it shipped, it arrived quickly.  I was concerned that perhaps they were waiting for a return or a refurbished item to come in and that they would then send that.  There is no other explanation I could find for the very long delay in a popular (GE) cooktop.
When it did arrive, I carefully examined it inside and out, and it seems fine, appears new, and operates OK.
I suspect many of the "opinions" here are fake, as they often use the same phrases in the evaluation.
In any case, if you don't mind waiting a while for your item, it seems to eventually work out OK.

Searched a refrigerator exactly which I needed, located it on the price engines quickly, was pleased with the advanced explanation of this refrigerator and the wide inventory on the site that I could compare my selection to, used the shopping cart with no problems and no cyclic questions that take up time, placed the order easily and waited for it to arrive. I would recommend them for anyone that wants a pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent experience...price of the oven I wanted was substantially lower than anyplace else...not only that, but my purchase was during a "free shipping" promotion!! Number 1 Appliance is the on-line store I chose to us. This was the first time I purchased an appliance on line. Number 1 was the one with the best prices and the best additional assentatives. The first thing I had to mention that I had a great experience with Number 1 Appliance's customer service. The peson that I got when I called their customer service was very amazing. He tried to understand and solve my questions, problems and things I needed. He did a nice job. To be honest I think that Number 1 Applaince customer service tries to solve customer problems immediately. I had some bad experiences with some other customer services in my home town stores. I am sure that all other Number 1 Appliance's services work as good as its customer service department. I got the product with excellent condition and it is working fine. The price was the best i had seen as well. There was no one that beat Number 1 Appliance's prices.

Worst experience ever.  They took over 2 months to deliver my dishwasher, sent the wrong one, I have called them twice in two days with no call backs about the error.  Horrible, horrible place -- don't order from them!!!!

I would rate them firt class in all departments.  Their pricing is great.  Sales rep were very courteous and helpful.  The shipping was quick.  The only problem I had was a small dent in the front of the product.  This is not Number 1's fault in any way.  Obviously some one along the way mishandled the carton.  The customer service at Number 1 , that handled the problem and were extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful.  I can highly recommend Number 1 as a valued retailer.

Unbelievable experience! The order was so easy to place on the internet by simple instructions which are given on their website. I ordered a refrigerator  incredible service!!!! I was very apprehensive about shopping on-line for a large appliance but the Number1Appliance website is nice and have alot of brands. I eneded up calling thier customer service department to get help. They were very helpful and patient with me and understood that I don't normally shop on-line. Great service even needed to make a big purchase.  I did not realize there was so many different models. I called their toll free number and I spoke to a real, helpful sales representative. I told him I wasn't sure of the model number or where to begin. He said no problem, all I had to was give them the features that I wanted and he was able to narrow my search down so I could we order the right one. Now that's Service! The purchase was a big ticket item but he took his time and looked up the info, wasn't rushed or rushed me off the phone. I'm big on customer service, I hate when I call stores and people on the other end sound like your bothering them or try to rush you off the phone. I will definitely be back!

Although the merchandise was recieved as ordered and in good condition, I had to make an extensive internet search to find out the actual source of Number 1 Appliance as Goedecker's Superstore and then to find the phone number to call and follow up on the order. The reciept that was provided via email shortly after the purchase did not have any vendor information or contact information which made me afraid I had made a three thousand dollar purchase from a fraudulent business. This prompted me to put a fraud alert on my credit. For the next six days with no contact from the vendor, I started my search, found them and called and was told that the reciept said it would take a minimum of ten days to ship. This response did not build any confidence. Number 1 Appliance is a neophyte in the internet purchasing world and I am likely a neophyte as well. Had I not merely succumbed to the advertisement of the product and competetive price but had conducted the research prior to the purchase, I never would have ordered the products. Number 1 Appliance needs to recognize that the customer must have valid business information including a reciept containing enough information to track, through customer service, the products purchased.

Ordered a set of KitchenAid appliances costed $1,200 less than the least price I could arrive at local stores (total $3,900 at #1 and $5,100 at local stores). 
Then I realized that the free shipping (with $25 handling charges) were just till curb side. I read through few reviews on this site and other places, and found that people had problems like scratches/dents/rust in the delivered product and they were unable to send it back once placed on their curb (of-course they opened later when moving them inside home). 
I had a rebate on the items purchased as well - so didn't want to take a chance of getting them late.
I called their 1800 number and got a "Number not valid" message. I immediately cancelled my transactions purchased through google checkout. I wouldn't trust buying from them. Luckily my order is cancelled.

I am not an experienced shopper over the internet, and I had made a mistake during my order. But when i called Number 1 Appliance's office I received great response from the customer service, and I was able to correct my order in no time at all. Finding Number 1 Appliance took a little while, but when I found them it made my seaching worth while. The service was amazing. They gave me all the information that I asked for.
