After 3 days my order changed from "Processed" to "Back Ordered" even though the web site claims to have five in stock. I orded this from here because I needed it immediately. What a crock!

The Item I bought in that color was 30.00 more in my size than all other items including a size larger. I sent 2 emails asking about this and got no reply at all. Since all items have been marked up to be the same price as I paid. My email was not even acknowledged.

everything went pleasantly smooth except for receiving the delivery. It should have been noted that a signature was needed for delivery. I missed the first attempted delivery and had to make arrangements to pick up merchandise at ups.

The merchant did not hold responsibility for the mistakes that their computer system had made and ended up delaying my order two days from my original expected delivery day. The company holds the right to reserve up to two days to process your order even if you select expedited shipping and charges your credit/debit card upon processing rather than shipping. Not a great experience but cheap prices. For future double check availability of products with the company.

1) Terrible item discriptions. I had to visit the manufactures site to get the info.
2) I did not want to give any personal info for purchase, but had to.
3) It took 2 days to get me an invoice, and about 1 hour to complete checkout...(REDICULOUS - GET SET UP WITH PAYPAL!!!)
4) I am still recieving invoices for the product I purchased, like someone is hopeing i'll pay for it twice.
5) Communication with nugadgets is slooooooooow to non existant.

I had priced this same cabinet with many online sellers. NuGadgets price was right and reasonable even though they charge for shipping. I had a small problem with my Visa and had to call NuGadgets. The problem was resolved quickly. I paid for UPS ground shipping and I think the cabinet came via rocket ship. It got here that FASSST! All in all I am very pleased with my entire NuGadgets shopping experience.

Purchased a phono cartridge on the web site with no indication at all that is was not in stock. 4 days to let me know that it was back ordered but they processed payment immediately.
Also a survey pops up that you have no choice in taking and I could not diminish it to get back to checkout.
Let people know up front that you dont have an item and dont ask me (force) me to take a survey of your site until AFTER I have received a product I ordered in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

I bought the motherboard at NuGadgets on shopping.com and ended up with the camera accessory. After contact shopping.com and NuGadgets, I have not received any instruction on how to return the item. The experience was terrible and I would shop at NuGadgets again.

The shipper was UPS, with whom I have always had difficulties. In addition, this small parcel went through a customs broker, for which I paid an additional $39, even though the customs duties were $0. (I've not needed this with other online stores.) With this additional charge, it made my purchase very uneconomical. Had it been shipped through the US Postal Service, I could have avoided this whole problem. I won't buy from NuGadgets again if forced to use UPS.

Absolutely flawless. I found the items I was looking for. They were both lower in price than on the other sites. Shipping price was very reasonable. They were in stock and looks like shipped within a few hours of my order. I received them both in 3 days. They came in brand new and work beautifully.

After placed the order, I received an email and was asked to call back to confirm the order due to different billing and shipping addresses. They shipped the product right after the confirmation. The item arrived as expect without any damage. It was a great shopping experience. Efficient, friendly and secured. Will do business with NuGadgets.com again.

I'm not happy. I placed an order online, and was told that I would get a confirmation email, I did not. I placed an order in the afternoon, the item was in stock. Late at night the next day, the order still did not show shipped, and I had paid extra for two-day delivery. I sent them an email, but they never responded.
The price was good. The customer service was bad. But I did get the item when it was expected and it was what I ordered. |

I ordered a Garmin GPS 10 Delux - confirmed by my receipt and a copy of the item description which clearly shows a detailed description of what I ordered. I also confirmed the product description with the manufacture website. They shipped a GPS 10 receiver which does not include the accessories or the software needed to work the product. They offered me a refund and said I ordered the wrong product. I had to argue to get them to refund my shipping. Customer service admitted that they had the wrong description of the item but insisted that I ordered the wrong item (I ordered what was pictured and clearly described). They would not let me speak to a supervisor and said that someone would contact me tomorrow.... I'll hold my breath. |

Great outlet to buy products. I found Sharp AN-PUCM Under Cabinet Mount on Froogle. Price was so low that I couldn't believe my eyes. Ordering process was very easy and the items arrived on time. I will buy from Nugadgets again.

Very good experience. I ordered the DVD/VCR combo on Monday and it arrived on Friday. I had a chance to use it on the weekend and I am very happy with it. The ordering was very simple and the ground shipping was very inexpensive.
