I was pleased to get two emails very quickly, one confirming my order and one letting me know how much they appreciated my business, that made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything else from them and I have yet to receive the items I ordered. I even delayed doing this survey in the hopes that they would contact me or that my prouct would arrive.

I shopped through My Simon. The price advertised was different than the price at Nowak. I notified nowak of this, and they said they couldn't help me. I think I deserved to have the advertised price.

I received the supplies in a timely manner, but one of the items was not shipped. When I called about it, they said it was on backorder and would be shipped that day. The invoice that was in the box did not state that the item was backordered. If so, a phone call would not have been necessary.

All I can say, is while the had the best price on the internet for the Water Pik, there was very little else for normal consumers, as they appear to be a dealer of dental equipment to dentists. But is was the only discount to the list price, and was a good deal at that even with shipping.

First purchase. Communication subpar and felt that my order was forgotten unless I initiated contact. All communication was promptly returned which was positive. Follow thru on order's rebate was forgotten until I reminded. Not a smooth first purchase experience. I will order again in the future before I make a final impression.

I ordered from Germany,my husband received it in New Mecico with a little delay,because it was a rural delivery.but even with the delivery in two parts it worked good.
