I wanted to buy my Mom a CD/DVD burner for Christmas and after a lot of searching I was sure I found what I was looking for. I wanted to be sure the product was compatable so I called the company and it was the worst customer serviice I have ever recieved. If I treated a customer like that I have no doubt I aould have lost my job. I will never even consider shopping here agian.

Attempted Return Proving Impossible--No Response from Merchant

I received the part I ordered quickly, but it did not work with my computer (it was the part recommended by both the merchant and manufacturer). I understood the merchant's return policy to require that a customer email before returning something, which I did within 10 days of receipt...10 days later I still do not have a reply, but do have an expensive notebook part I can not use...I would not recommend this merchant if you think there is any chance you might need to return or exchange the part you order.

THE ARE CON ARTISTS!!! THEY PRACTICE MISLEADING & FALSE ADVERTISING. I ORDERED A TOSHIBA AC ADAPTER AND GOT A "GENERIC ONE" IN ITS PLACE. WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THAT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE TOSHIBA AC ADAPTER WOULD BE $30 MORE AND THAT THE GENERIC WAS BETTER THAN TOSHIBA. STAY THE HELL AWAY.
