The owners manual to the Osprey Aether 90 was not inside the pack. There is a downloadable manual on Osprey's website, so it was not a problem. I like this merchant. The price on what I purchased was briefly (very briefly) on sale for 10% off and shipping costs were minimal. I have bought a number of items from NMS and will undoubtedly do so again. I found Northern Mountain Supply by using Google to search for this item specificly by name. All sizes and colors were in stock and the price was $40 less ($360) than anywhere else I could find, on or off the Internet ($400). Order arrived accurately and when expected. What more could I ask for?

Great selection of products, however the left side scroll bar is problematic. I had to use the internal search tool to find the category of "knife", when it should have been accessible minus the search. The price structure is really competitive and it is what draws me back. The ease of the shopping cart is good. The shipping was good in that it arrived, but it was slowly then advertised.

I ORDERED OVER THE INTERNET. SOME HOW A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD # ENDED UP BEING ATTACHED TO THE ORDER SO IT WAS DECLINED. AFTER CLEARING UP THIS LITTLE PROBLEM THEY SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. ITS LIKE MY ORIGINAL ORDER GO LOST. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They are very prompt with shipping goods and they come in good order. I had to return my pack for a smaller pack. I have not gotten the refund back yet after 2 weeks. They said it may take up to 3 for processing.

The only issue I had was witht he web site calculating the proper discounts as a member of their Mountain Club. The site did not reflect the proper discounts and the final order was not properly calculated either. The difference being so small (under $2) that it is not worht the effort or time to complain.

The notice came while I was away, and was followed up by a courteous phone call in which I was able to correct my mistake and get the order placed. I did not receive a tracking number and was concerned because I need the Camelbak. I ordered on Sunday, expressed my concern through email for not tracking number on Tuesday night, received a prompt response on Wednesday morning, as well as the products delivered to my house on Wednesday about noon. I could not have asked for a more prompt email response or faster delivery on my products. I will certainly order from Northern Mountain again. The Camelbak was also discounted greatly and was exactly what my daughter needed for her law enforcement academy. Thank for the great service.
