Website was great and ordering easy. Unfortunately it accepted my order for a Packtite even though the shipping destination was Canada then promptly cancelled the same order within minutes. Good explanation when I called to inquire why order was cancelled (not authorized to sell this product in Canada) but it shouldn't have allowed it in the first place! My cc was charged and then credited the same day but there was a net cost to me of some $20 CDN presumably because of transaction or foreign exchange fees.

I ordered and received 3 containers of odor eliminator. The ordering process was easy and my order was received in record time. My only complaint would be that one of the containers was not properly sealed and some of the product had leaked. No complaint was filed as it was such a nominal amount of loss.

Have used them in the past for this same type of product and find their service is excellent. They have a good variety and selection on their web site and provided wonderful customer service a few years ago when I had fit problems with a product that had changed its' specifications without notice. Now that the problem has been corrected with the manufacturer (TENA) I have returned to use of this product and am again very pleased with it. I find their prices at least competitive and often better than are available locally, and shipping is reasonably priced, effective and efficient for on line credit card purchases. Delivery directly to my husbands' nursing home saves me a great deal of trouble.
