I ordered some toddler sandals on-line since the stores down here have stopped carrying them for fall, but it is still too hot to wear shoes. It took 2 weeks from the time that I ordered them to receive them. Then I received the wrong size (the packing slip did not match my order). I called customer service and they shipped the correct pair, which I then received 3 weeks later. They did bill me twice, which they later corrected, but I thought that 5 weeks to get a pair of sandals is crazy, especially a toddler's, since they grow out of them so fast anyway.
