they claimed to have tried to contact me but I did not get or miss a phone call or email...because they made a substitution for an out of stock item...I was not thrilled with it but decided to"live" with it...they have no way to review your order or track an order on line ...you have to call, although the customer service by phone was helpful.

The sweatshirts I purchased were too small for the children they were for... I am disappointed with the quality and they need to be returned. I was very optimistic about the order because the customer service was so good but the quality of the merchandise was very poor. Ordering online is not they way to go for me.

After purchasing the silver lion key chain, days later I received a phone call stating that the item was no longer in stock. They wanted to replace it with a key chain that in my opinion doesn't look close to the quality of the first (for the same price!). I said ok only because it was getting close to the holdiay and this is for a stocking stuffer for a PSU alumni. I was afraid to look for this particular item elsewhere because of the time frame.

The website listed the pants as embroidered. I received a phone call after placing and paying for my order online, informing me the pants WERE NOT EMBROIDERED. That is a pretty big "false" advertising error in my opinion. They were in fact screen printed. That is pretty misleading, at this point in the shopping season, I just decided to take them anyway. The operator who handled my call was very helpful, and apologetic. I have not yet received the merchandise, thus I skipped question 2.

From the website, I assumed I was shopping at a school affiliated retailer. When the item arrived, it had a Walmart price tag on it. I wasn't sure what to make of that. I make a point of not shopping at Walmart and I feel like I was 'tricked' into doing so. Merchandise was in fine condition.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Nittany Outlet.com and I assumed I would be getting the same brand of shirt/pants. I based the sizes I needed by referring to the shirts/pants from my previous order, but since the brands were different that did not work and a few items don't fit. There were also several items that were not in stock for which I received a phone call about after I placed my order. The web site is therefore not updated frequently enough. I will not shop at Nittany Outlet again since I cannot depend on consistency.

Considering the busy holiday shopping season, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive my order in less than a week. I find the selection and price of PSU items to be very good and the sweatshirt I ordered to be of a very good quality.
