This was the first time I shopped at the Nittany Outlet and I was very pleased with the items I purchased.

All very good except one coffee mug arrived with broken handle. I have not tried to contact merchant about replacement. Not that big a deal. Stuff happens.

I received one shirt that I did not order in a size my son cannot wear. It was only $5.99, so I decided to keep it to give to someone else. Too much trouble to return for the price. Great prices though!!!!!

Had a good selection of what I was looking for at affordable prices. I do feel that a less expensive delievery option would be nice. The cheapest is Prority Mail which doubled the price of a single T-Shirt. 2-3 day delievery is not always necessary.

There was an error in inputting my credit card that delayed the order. The card error message said "unauthorized or invalid" - not denied. Something that the person who called pointed out. We re-read the account and found the error. My purchases were sent immediately. Because my company was celebrating collegiate day and I live in the south, but come from PA - I wanted to make a strong statement! Nittany.com even sent my packaged fed ex overnight so that I could have my materials before lunch. I appreciate all of their efforts. As a manager of customer service for a cable system, I can relate to what happens when an error occurs. Customers are more satisfied when an error happens and is fixed. Nittany.com did their job in making me happy.
