Lost an ac adapter for a portable DVD player. Luckily (unluckily I mean), Neximaging had this in stock and I placed an order. Few days later I was charged the amount to my credit card. I never received any kind of e-mail notification. Most places will only charge your card after the item has shipped. I was in no big hurry so I gave it a few weeks. Of course, a couple weeks later and nothing. I called and spoke to a Laura and she notified me it was on back-order and to wait a couple weeks. Of course, the site lists this item as available, even after I spoke with her. About three weeks later, still no product. Leery of a long hold time on the phone, I e-mailed Laura, sales and several other e-mails in the company to just cancel my order and give me a credit. Waited a week and of course no credit was ever given. I finally just called my bank and told them that it was a fraudulent and to issue a charge-back. If you do business with this company and have problems, your only resolution will likely come through your bank. Check the better business bureau and other comments on here to back up this company's horrible business practices. Neximaging is a fraudulent company if you ask me.
